Third Switch in Career

It's been almost 4-5 months since I started giving interviews and preparing for the switch and finally, I got an offer from Oracle. The day I received it, was super exciting because they gave me a package more than I asked for.

I want to write about this experience,  to be honest, I was very nervous and sad by thinking of leaving my current company and role, I really enjoyed working here. I received respect, learning, and opportunity to grow, and the money of course not like others who are earning far more than me but still it was always a decent amount.

I consider Intellinum as my first company because here only I learned what an IT firm is in actuality. What is professionalism and how do we deal with tasks, work and personal life.

By seeing to myself where I'm standing right now, I'm so proud of this journey, I made it I did.  I was capable but because of my communication skills, people judged me when I applied there in Bangalore. Intellinum and specially Amandeep Sir gave me the opportunity to grow and learn a lot.  I would always have a very close place in my heart for this company and sir. It was not an easy decision to leave but I'm doing it because It's needed now.

I have tried in many companies and wanted to join a top one but unfortunately couldn't get selected but I won't complain, maybe God wants me to warn and realize where I'm lagging behind and what I need to learn 

My notice period has started and soon I'll not be part of Intellinum but this time I'm ready to take the risk and leave my comfort zone, I'm a quite sensitive and emotional person and that could be the reason I use to get numb while thinking about all of this.

Things won't be the same I know however it would be exciting for sure.

Upper wala sach me Jadugar hai , wo bahut bahut bahut jyada dayalu hai , Hum insan kitni bhi kitni bhi galtiyaan kr lein , he always forgive us.
